Marina is a licensed attorney with over 15 years' experience as a business transaction attorney. She has set up countless businesses from start to finish, including structuring the purchase and sale of businesses, addressing the needs of her real estate clients, as well as preparing financial documents, contracts and agreements. She enjoys helping people understand the law and how to use the law to reach their business goals. Her teaching experiences span 8 years.
